Must Have

Valid Wisconsin School Psychologist license or applicable state credential, Master's degree in School Psychology, understanding of special education evaluation processes, IEP development, and compliance requirements, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities, Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with students, families, teachers, school leaders, and other staff members, Commitment to Rocketship’s special education inclusion model and mission to close the achievement gap within our lifetime, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic school environment, Flexibility and adaptability in a school environment that continues to grow and evolve, Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between school sites, as needed

Nice to Have

## Job Summary Job Summary Rocketship School Psychologists provide direct and indirect support to students, families, teachers, and school leaders to ensure high-quality programming and support for students with disabilities. The School Psychologist plays a critical role in supporting student success, maintaining compliance, strengthening intervention systems, and helping school teams create inclusive learning environments where all students can thrive. This position is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and reports to the Associate Director, Student Services. The School Psychologist will support students across Rocketship’s Milwaukee campuses through psychoeducucational evaluations, IEP meetings, pre-referral processes, behavior consultation, social-emotional supports, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support. Rocketship schools use a meaningful inclusion model for special education. A core part of this role is partnering with school teams to develop plans and supports that allow students, regardless of disability, to access the general education setting to the greatest extent appropriate.
