Former school principal, assistant superintendent, instructional coach, or education leader with deep, active relationships in one of the priority markets (Atlanta (GA), Los Angeles (CA), Miami-Dade (FL), Louisville (KY) and New York City (NY))., A genuine passion for family engagement and school culture — you've seen firsthand how connecting families to what's happening at school transforms outcomes for kids., Extensive personal network among school leaders and district administrators in your market — the kind of relationships where you can pick up the phone and get a meeting., presentation skills with experience leading professional development sessions, faculty meetings, or schoolwide presentations., Self-starter who can independently manage outreach, scheduling, and field logistics with minimal oversight., Comfort with a performance-based compensation structure tied to measurable outcomes., Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to school sites 3+ days per week., Familiarity with the K-8 education landscape, including current challenges facing school leaders and teachers.
Nice to Have
Recently retired principal or head of a local principal association., Prior experience in a Community Engagement Lead, School Partnerships, or field sales role at an education company., Existing familiarity with ClassDojo as a teacher, administrator, or parent., Connections to regional education conferences or back-to-school event organizers in your market.
What You'll Do.
Serve as ClassDojo's on-the-ground champion in priority markets.
Help schools build stronger family engagement and foster positive school culture.
Visit schools and understand principal's unique challenges.
Serve as an advisor to school leaders and teachers.
Strengthen communication with families.
Build more inclusive school communities.
Develop positive culture from the classroom up.
Leverage local relationships and credibility to open doors and build trust.
Schedule and facilitate one-on-one meetings with school leaders.
and teachers on how ClassDojo can support their goals.
Conduct teacher-facing presentations to introduce ClassDojo and drive teacher sign-ups.
Attend principal association meetings
regional education events
and back-to-school events.
Track and report on key activity metrics.
Collaborate with ClassDojo's mentor community.
Serve as a trusted local voice for ClassDojo.
