What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Associate's degree, Minimum two (2) years’ office management experience, High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Experience learning and mastering new computer programs, High quality written and verbal communication skills, Excellent organization and time management skills, Ability to work independently and contribute to a team, Professional, punctual and self-motivated, Understanding and ability to manage confidential information, Ability to lift 25 lbs., Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks (FBICI)

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree, Experience working in an education setting

What You'll Do.

Manage all office functions

Act as first point of contact

Receive inquiries about the school

Maintain accurate student records

Assist with human resource needs

Fulfill all clerical needs

Manage school-wide communications

Greet/direct visitors and students

Implement registration procedures

Create and distribute school newsletters

Assist with school events

Maintain a clean environment

Support student enrollment

Participate in information sessions

Produce welcome packets

Conduct tours and orientations

Input student and staff data

Request and obtain records

Achieve compliance with record-keeping

Ensure on-time attendance submissions

Complete truancy process

Process student withdrawals

Prepare and maintain transcripts

Fulfill records requests

Establish and maintain student files

Participate in student record audits

Perform administrative support functions

Process mail and packages

Coordinate meetings and events

Maintain office supplies inventory

Log and report office equipment issues

Maintain transportation logs

Coordinate with transportation officer

Maintain meal count lists

Communicate monthly food calendars

Ensure timely HR process completion

Perform I-9 verification

Submit weekly time & attendance

Manage offboarding processes

Participate in staff meetings

Participate in committee meetings

Participate in professional development
