Must Have
Minimum of 2 years of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting, Proficiency with Outlook, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and scheduling technologies, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Scheduling experience in home health or hospice care, Experience supervising or leading scheduling or administrative staff, Understanding of hospice operations, clinical workflows, and patient-centered care models
