BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Cranford Skilled Nursing office. Responsibilities As a Client Services Manager, you will: Provide superior customer service and support high-quality home care services Manage the coordination of client services and address emergent scheduling needs Oversee and grow your Client Services Manager caseload proactively Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations Develop strong, collaborative relationships with your office team Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring performance metrics Partner with Clinical Managers to support and help supervise field employees Qualifications Qualified candidates should have: Prior medical office or home care experience preferred Prior supervisory experience preferred A demonstrated record of taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals A strong desire to grow and advance beyond the current role Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A bachelor’s degree preferred Bilingual skills preferred, but not required Compensation Base salary: $50,000- $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
