What You'll Do.
Schedule all long-form programming for streaming news service based on strategic direction from supervisor.
Develop fluency in using the scheduling software and executing workflows for a flawless on-air experience.
capture and edit all content metadata in systems as needed.
Generate and maintain schedule grids (24 hour and weekly) for internal distribution and on Sharepoint.
Help prepare and distribute weekly programming notifications
TV listings and updates.
Maintain internal and external distribution lists for programming department.
and set program formats on the grid level as well as live or server events.
Review formats on a quarterly basis and make recommendations for revisions as needed to support business objectives.
Monitor the Network Playout and adjust as needed for breaking news and content issues.
Produce work orders for promotional materials that communicate strategy
objectives and deadlines.
Schedule all short form elements including promos
news briefs and crawls.
Execute and track promotional and advertising campaigns for internal and external clients and generate reports (AS-RUNS).
Perform ad-hoc assignments as needed.

**ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:** TelevisaUnivision is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to support Univision Noticias. **YOUR DAY-DAY:** • Schedule all long-form programming for streaming news service based on strategic direction from supervisor. • Develop fluency in using the scheduling software and executing workflows for a flawless on-air experience. • Create, capture and edit all content metadata in systems as needed. • Generate and maintain schedule grids (24 hour and weekly) for internal distribution and on Sharepoint. • Help prepare and distribute weekly programming notifications, such as premieres, TV listings and updates. • Maintain internal and external distribution lists for programming department. • Create, maintain, and set program formats on the grid level as well as live or server events.
