Scheduling or coordination within a healthcare or home care environment, Additional certifications in scheduling or healthcare administration
What You'll Do.
Manage and coordinate caregiver schedules
Ensure all client needs are met
Act as primary point of contact for inquiries
Resolve scheduling conflicts
Make necessary adjustments to schedules
Document and maintain accurate records of schedules
Maintain records of changes and feedback
Assist in onboarding new caregivers
Maintain clear communication with clients
