High School Graduate or GED, Reliable transportation, Valid Driver’s License, Work in a team responsibly and independently, Good communication skills, Ability to travel within the service area, CPR Certified, Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background, Direct Patient Hands on Care experience
What You'll Do.
Answer and triage calls
Manage client and caregiver schedules
Determine optimal client and caregiver matches
Maintain compliance with time reporting systems
Assist with office administration
Be on-call for after business hour calls
Work in field as needed
Ensure each patient is getting unique care
Collaborate with team on recruitment
Build and develop care team
Build and maintain client relationships
