What You'll Do.
Manage client schedules
Manage caregiver schedules
Determine client and caregiver matches
Maintain compliance with time reporting systems
Assist with office administration
Be on-call for after business hour calls
Handle scheduling modifications
Work in field as needed
Ensure patient care needs are met
Offer creative solutions on recruitment practices
Build and develop care team
Communicate effectively to care providers
Build client relationships
Provide daily interaction to clients
