As a Scheduling Co-ordinator working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the Semiconductor sector. This job is based in a cutting-edge facility in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. You will be responsible for organising and scheduling tasks, as well as following established processes and procedures for the department. Responsibilities: Working within the UPW department Scheduling and planning PMs for technicians and UPW team Using CMMS to upload PMs Co-ordinating with operations around down time Ensuring technicians are equipment is available for planned work Tracking work orders and schedules Co-ordinating permits and following safety procedures Analysing recurring issues Using word, excel and PowerPoint for updating stakeholders Attending meetings with stakeholders and clients Accurately keeping records up to date. Other general administrative duties. Skills Required: Proficiency in computer operating systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Knowledge of CMMS Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. Education / Licenses / Certifications: Level 7 Business degree
