What You'll Do.
Provides a variety of administrative and general medical secretarial support for providers and other members of the clinic.
Serves as a liaison between the physicians and all departments within the organization
and the public in general.

Arranges pre surgical appointments such as

Schedules peer to peer meetings for insurance approval as well as facilitate information gathering for medical appeals.

Arranging surgeries and diagnostic tests at area hospitals and diagnostic facilities based on physician/patient preferences and insurance plan requirements.
Scheduling patient education and medical clearance appointments as needed.
Other assigned duties as required by patient flow or physician request.
