Scheduling repair and planned maintenance visits for the engineers
booking appointments and managing their diaries
Liaising with engineers
Sending out parts to customers and engineers
Daily communications with customers internal and external
Dealing with incoming customer enquiries both by telephone and email
Ensure priority customer calls are raised correctly
Liaise with customers to advise them of site attendance
Actively seek to achieve all service levels
