This is a full-time, office-based role, working as part of our collaborative office team in Livingston. What We Offer * Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) * Performance-related bonuses * High-street discounts * Health & Wellbeing Programme * Discounted gym membership * Referral programme * Company pension * Ongoing development and progression opportunities * Working as part of a supportive and collaborative office team Key Responsibilities * Take ownership of creating, managing, and continuously improving schedules across the service * Ensure efficient allocation of Care Professionals to meet client needs * Proactively manage changes, cancellations, and service demands * Plan ahead to anticipate capacity gaps and work with recruitment to address them * Maintain continuity and consistency of care wherever possible * Monitor scheduling performance, analyse operational data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement * Use operational data and reporting to support effective decision making and future planning * Act as a central point of coordination between teams * Support the business in balancing client demand with staff availability * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the scheduling system * Contribute to improving processes as the business continues to grow ## Qualifications What We’re Looking For * Experience managing complex schedules in a fast-paced environment such as care, logistics, transport, workforce
