**Job Title:** Scheduler / Case Coordinator **Company:** ReWorks Solutions **Location:** Remote (South Africa – US Hours, 9am-5pm EST) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced and professional Scheduler / Case Coordinator to join our ABA team. This role is responsible for coordinating client services, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication between families, providers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate has prior client-facing case coordination experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ### Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and maintain client schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing and coverage for ABA services. * Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and providers regarding scheduling and service-related inquiries. * Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and provider availability while minimizing service disruptions. * Track and monitor cases to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of scheduling or service issues. * Maintain accurate client records and documentation within company systems. * Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery. * Generate reports and assist with administrative projects as needed. * Utilize scheduling and case management systems to support operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Previous experience in client-facing case coordination, scheduling, or healthcare operations. * Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Preference for a more senior-level candidate with proven experience managing complex schedules and client relationships. * Experience using **CentralReach** is strongly preferred. * Working knowledge of CRM systems and case management software. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams). * Experience using **Monday.com** or similar project management platforms. *
