We are seeking a highly organized Scheduler to provide daily support to a Logistics Account Executive. The Scheduler will report to the Sales Support Manager. In this position your responsibilities would include appointment setting, data entry, email communication and load building. To be successful as a Scheduler you must thrive in a fast-paced work environment while also providing the best customer service experience possible. As a **Scheduler** at Integrity you will: * Ensure the account runs smoothly daily by staying highly organized * Assist in maintaining strong relationships with customers and carriers through consistent communication and award-winning customer service * Perform various account management tasks such as load building, appointment scheduling, phone management and email correspondence * Coordinate and plan pickup and delivery of shipments per customer requirements * Communicate details about shipments with customer contact * Revise previously scheduled appointments when issues occur * Assist with billing as needed * Ad hoc duties ** _What We Offer You:_** * Competitive pay and opportunities for advancement * Comprehensive benefits package that starts shortly after you do.
