Must Have
+10 years of experience in commercial leadership, merchant management or platform business models, Proven experience managing scalable portfolios in fintech, payments or ecommerce, P&L ownership experience, Ability to design efficient, standardized commercial models, analytical and performance management skills, Fluent English
Nice to Have
Experience in embedded finance or API-first distribution models, Background in automation-driven commercial operations, Exposure to multi-country expansion strategies, Spanish is a plus
