What you will need to do: * Supervise and coordinate all scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities on site. * Ensure all scaffolding works comply with project specifications, approved method statements, and safety standards. * Lead and manage scaffolding crews, providing technical guidance, direction, and on-the-job support. * Conduct inspection, tagging, and certification of scaffolds (Scafftag system) to ensure safe usage. * Perform regular site inspections to verify compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures. * Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution. * Monitor work progress and report daily activities, challenges, and resource requirements to management. What you will need to have: * Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or equivalent; alternatively, a high school diploma with relevant scaffolding certifications. * Valid Scaffolding Supervisor Certification (e.g., CISRS or equivalent approved certification). * Work at Height (WAH) training certification. * Minimum 5–7 years of scaffolding experience in oil & gas or petrochemical projects, including at least 3–4 years in a supervisory role. * Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, including Tube & Fitting and System Scaffolds (C
