Must Have
Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or alternatively, a high school diploma with relevant scaffolding certifications., Valid Scaffolding Supervisor Certification (e. g. , CISRS or equivalent approved certification)., Work at Height (WAH) training certification., Minimum 5–7 years of scaffolding experience in oil & gas or petrochemical projects, including at least 3–4 years in a supervisory role., knowledge of scaffolding systems, including Tube & Fitting and System Scaffolds (Cuplock, Ringlock, etc. ), along with load classifications., Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings, design layouts, and method statements., Basic understanding of scaffold design principles and load calculations., Good understanding of HSE standards and procedures (preferably ADNOC or equivalent)., Knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) systems., Familiarity with Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Nice to Have
Previous experience on ADNOC or similar Middle East EPC projects is highly preferred.
