What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Post-secondary education in a related trade. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Scaffolder, preferably within an industrial or mining setting. Understanding of scaffolding materials, construction methods, and safety requirements. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
Nice to Have
Certification or trade qualification an asset.
