Ensure quotes are formatted correctly and issued through Xero
Upload and maintain project documentation

Assist with general administrative tasks as required to support operations

**Looking for Philippines-based candidates** **Job Role:** Scaffold Estimator & Draftsperson **Compensation range:** $1,800 AUD - $2,500 AUD / Monthly **Engagement type:** Independent Contractor Agreement **Work Schedule:** This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time. **Who We Are:** At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. **Who The Client Is:** A Queensland-based scaffolding company operating across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, delivering labour, hire, and transport solutions for residential and commercial projects. The business provides engineered scaffolding systems focused on safety, speed, and structural reliability, supporting builders and contractors across a range of projects. **Role Overview:** A combined Estimating and Drafting role supporting residential and commercial scaffolding projects across Queensland. You will prepare scaffold quotes and produce AutoCAD drawings based on site information, photos, and construction plans. Working with the sales and operations team, you’ll translate project details into accurate costings and scaffold designs. The role is structured and repeatable once systems are understood and is central to how projects are planned and delivered.
