Must Have
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, Computer Science, or a related field), 1-3 years of experience with SCADA and communication systems in renewable energy (wind, solar, BESS), Experience working with SCADA platforms and technologies, especially in energy operations and substations, Familiarity with SCADA communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, OPC), Knowledge of automation technologies and cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS), communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders, Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, control room)
Nice to Have
Understanding of substation technologies and operations within renewable energy parks, grasp of network security protocols and experience implementing monitoring solutions
