Best in Business, Health Services. **About the Role ** Reporting to the Director of Operations, the SCA Manger guides and directs the team of SCA Patient Advocates to help families navigate through the SCA (Single Case Agreement) process. The SCA Manager will also work with the SCA Utilization Review team and peers in Admissions, Operations, and Clinical departments to ensure that contracts are negotiated and brought to execution as efficiently as possible.
