We administer government contracts for Medicare and partner with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to transform federal health programs. The **SCA Data Technician** is responsible for conducting research and collecting and entering data for complex and moderately varied issues and situations. **How you will make an impact** : * Collects data. Inputs data to spreadsheets and databases. * Updates databases as needed. **Minimum Requirements:** * Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum 3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. * **_This position is part of our Wellpoint Federal division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years._** **Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences** : * Advanced written analytical, organizational and PC skills strongly preferred. * Experience with Medicare billing is preferred. * Experience with MCS Claims Processing System is strong preferred. _For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $20.04
