Specialise in providing consulting services for implementing CLM technology solutions
Develop first drafts and templates of playbooks
Help design agent-assisted and support testing
Gather and structure the rules
and language legal teams rely on
Draft clear problem statements and use cases that Leah can support
Help design and refine the user test with real examples and iterate
and short videos so people can self‑serve with confidence
Work with engineers to connect solutions to the client’s existing tools when needed
