What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields, 5+ years integration, testing and automation experience, 2+ years team leadership experience, 5+ years design and validation of hardware/software systems, 5+ years experience in a development environment, Experience managing system or software development teams
Nice to Have
3+ years development/programming/scripting language experience, Experience developing test strategies and plans, 5+ years root cause analysis and troubleshooting experience, Master's degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science or a related field, 5+ years integration and testing of satellite hardware, 5+ years experience developing and executing test plans for complex aerospace, automotive or consumer electronics systems, Experience as a technical lead, Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking in complex situations
