Own business requirements

Own partner selection

Own operations per country

Track progress for interconnected workstreams

Develop field service provider selection strategy

Develop field service provider operations strategy

Develop per-country partnership roadmaps

Launch field service partnership

Develop in-country installation support models

Enhance Kuiper customer field service experience

Own end-to-end management of communication

Manage implementation of communication

Drive field service provider partnership readiness

Maintain view of risks

Maintain view of opportunities

Launch field service in new countries

Develop partner selection capability assessment

Develop partner selection plans

Evaluate commercial field service providers

Recommend commercial field service providers

Improve terminal installation

Improve field support of end customers

Communicate partnership progress

Identify partner needs

Define business requirements

Manage new field service partnerships end-to-end
