Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Build, hire, and lead a team of 6–8 sales specialists focused on Telco Service Provider security solutions across North America and select international markets. Own P&L responsibility and revenue targets for SASE and related security offerings within the Telco SP segment. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across service providers, cloud partners, and high-tech ecosystems to drive adoption and growth. Establish and strengthen channel partner relationships, enabling effective co-selling, distribution, and ecosystem expansion. Drive end-to-end sales execution including pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and deal progression in a hybrid direct and partner-led model. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and core sales teams to align commercial plays and accelerate cross-functional pipeline generation. Lead strategic sales planning, market expansion initiatives, and execution of security-focused sales motions across multiple regions. Represent the organization in customer and partner engagements, ensuring strong executive-level relationships within the telecom and security ecosystem. Requirements: Proven senior sales leadership experience (manager of managers preferred), ideally with a track record of building and scaling sales organizations from the ground up. Strong experience selling through channel partners, with deep understanding of indirect sales and ecosystem-driven growth models. Demonstrated success in selling to service providers, cloud providers, or large enterprise/high-tech customers. Strong background in cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise software sales, with exposure to SASE, NAC, SD-Branch, SRX, or related solutions preferred. Ability to operate in complex, hybrid sales environments combining direct enterprise sales and partner-led motions.
