Must Have
SAS Certified Specialist (Base Programming Using SAS 9.4), hands-on experience in SAS programming, Solid understanding of data quality, validation, and reconciliation, Working knowledge of Python (e.g., OOP concepts, Pandas, ETL/data processing), Intermediate SQL proficiency (Oracle), basic exposure to GitHub, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, eligibility for government security clearance (CAT 1), Singapore Citizens only
