Full Job Description
Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated SAP Workflow Administrator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining SAP Workflow processes to ensure efficient business operations. This role involves the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SAP workflows, collaborating with business users and technical teams to enhance system functionality and usability. Join Eram Talent and contribute to streamlining SAP workflows that support critical business processes. ### Responsibilities * Monitor the overall health of the workflow engine to ensure processes run smoothly and within defined SLAs. * Troubleshoot system bottlenecks by restarting errant workflows, reassigning orphaned items, and correcting misdirected approvals. * Manage and schedule standard workflow batch jobs (e.g., event linkage, work item rule monitoring, dead work item handling). * Configure system settings, email notifications, and event queues for workflow environments. * Manage Archiving process for some tables if necessary. Collaboration & Optimization * Partner with functional and business teams to evaluate workflow inefficiencies and design optimization strategies. * Document workflow architectures, data flows, and technical specifications according to best practices. * Ensure strict adherence to compliance and security protocols for all approval hierarchies. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Experience: 3+ years of specific experience in SAP Business Workflow design and administration. * Proficiency in SAP Workflow Builder, Business Object Builder, and Flexible Workflows. * Working knowledge of ABAP coding, debugging, and RICEF objects. * Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Apps, and Cloud workflow management.
