Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher, Must be willing to perform duties 100% onsite, 3+ years of experience with large scale change management and business transformation projects, 3+ years of experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement, 3+ years of Project Management experience utilizing standard project management tools, 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners, 3+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders, 3+ years of experience with SAP or other ERP implementations, Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”, Travel domestically for 25% as needed, U. Nice to Have
Experience with BCA ERPLN, SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems, Experience with large-scale system deployments, especially ERP, Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations environments, Certification or training in change management methodologies (e. g. , Prosci), Experience leading OCM for large-scale, multi-site deployments, Familiarity with Agile or SAP Activate methodologies, Experience with process design, systems integration, or business architecture, background in adoption metrics, readiness tracking, and change analytics, Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) defining, documenting, and deploying significant process changes to multiple personas, Experience with work management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc. )

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead a team supporting business readiness and adoption for the SAP S/4HANA transformation across Boeing Commercial Airplanes Global Supply Chain for Functional Excellence. This role leads the OCM function aligned to the business process transformation side of the SAP program, working in close partnership with Product, IT, and Digital teams. The candidate is accountable for ensuring that system and process changes are effectively translated, deployed, and adopted across the BCA GSC organization.
