Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead a team supporting business readiness and adoption for the SAP S/4HANA transformation across Boeing Commercial Airplanes Global Supply Chain for Functional Excellence. This role leads the OCM function aligned to the business process transformation side of the SAP program, working in close partnership with Product, IT, and Digital teams. The candidate is accountable for ensuring that system and process changes are effectively translated, deployed, and adopted across the BCA GSC organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader and transformation practitioner who can scale change across a complex enterprise environment. This leader will manage a team of OCM practitioners responsible for executing change impact analysis, training, communications, and business readiness activities tied to SAP deployment.
