What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, 10+ years of SAP technical development and architecture experience, SAP BTP, ABAP / OOABAP, SAP Fiori / UI5, SQL & SAP HANA, APIs, OData, and integrations, Experience designing solutions aligned with SAP Clean Core and upgrade-safe architecture principles, Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud extensibility and integration frameworks, Knowledge of SAP AI capabilities including Joule and Joule Studio, Understanding of SAP Business Data Cloud and enterprise data architecture
Nice to Have
SAP BTP and/or SAP S/4HANA certifications, Experience with RAP, CAP, Event-Driven Architecture, and Integration Suite, Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, retail, or consumer products industries, Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery models

This role will provide senior technical leadership for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, AI-enabled solutions, integrations, and Clean Core architecture while ensuring solutions remain sustainable, secure, upgradeable, and aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with deep expertise in SAP development technologies including ABAP, BTP, Fiori/UI5, SQL, integrations, and extensibility frameworks. This individual will collaborate closely with functional analysts, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality enterprise solutions while driving engineering standards and technical best practices.
