What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Transaction & User Support in a core SAP function, Change & Request Support in core SAP function, Process & Design in core SAP function, Cross functional data flow, Third Party Management / Engagement, Previous experience of working in a support environment in a helpdesk role, Experience using a ticket system for managing incoming support requirements and how this aligns to the principles of ITIL
Nice to Have
working knowledge of other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and related areas

End‑to‑end resolution of SAP system issues
Applying robust governance over system changes and enhancements
Driving continuous service and process improvement across the platform
Support and enhance our SAP landscape
Operate within a hybrid shift pattern covering UK and US time zones
