The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany. * As a Solution Architect (m/f/d), you are the central point of contact for solution architecture in SAP SuccessFactors implementations for our clients. * You analyze various customer requirements and develop comprehensive end-to-end processes for relevant SuccessFactors modules based on these insights. * You define integration scenarios with other systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA). * You act as the primary contact for individual module leads regarding integrative scenarios and coordinate them within the overall solution architecture. * You confidently present the system architecture to different stakeholders, building trust in both the solution and its implementation. * In workshops and training sessions, you share your expertise and empower customers and project teams for success. * In addition, you work closely with module leads, consultants, developers and project managers to ensure smooth implementations. ## Qualifications * You have at least five years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with a focus on solution architecture. * You possess a deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and their integration possibilities
