Join a team of people-centric professionals, forward thinkers, and innovators who challenge the status quo and thrive in a collaborative environment. **Role Summary** The **SAP Security Lead** is responsible for defining, owning, and executing the SAP Security strategy and roadmap while remaining actively engaged in hands-on design, governance, and delivery. This role translates business objectives, regulatory (SOX) requirements, and transformation initiatives into a practical and actionable SAP security roadmap. It combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise in SAP security, governance, risk, and compliance. The role spans **SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP GRC** , and **Security Weaver** , partnering closely with internal teams, auditors, and stakeholders to embed security by design across transformation programs and operational environments. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategy & Leadership** * Define and communicate SAP Security strategy, roadmap, and target state with executive visibility * Act as the SAP security design authority across initiatives and releases * Provide leadership for S/4HANA transformations, upgrades, and system changes **Governance & Compliance** * Govern SAP access models, roles, authorizations, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls * Oversee SAP GRC programs, including Firefighter (EAM) and user access reviews * Support SOX compliance, internal audits, and external (Big 4) audits * Manage control walkthroughs, evidence strategy, and remediation tracking **Delivery & Collaboration** * Ensure secure and scalable design across SAP landscapes * Collaborate cross-functionally with SAP Basis, architecture, audit, and business teams * Embed security
