What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of SAP functional consulting experience (module-specific), Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, Proven experience providing L2/L3 productive support, configuration skills (customizing) within the respective module, Solid understanding of cross-module integrations, Experience working in complex, global SAP landscapes, Fluent English (mandatory)
Nice to Have
Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migrations, Multi-country or global rollout experience, Experience in hybrid AMS + project environments, Exposure to SAP BTP, Experience in automation or process optimization initiatives
What You'll Do.
Provide L2/L3 support in a live SAP S/4HANA environment
Own and resolve tickets end-to-end with full accountability
Perform root cause analysis and propose sustainable solutions
Execute advanced system configuration (customizing) within the respective module
Manage and troubleshoot cross-module integrations
Collaborate directly with global business stakeholders
Contribute to process stabilization
and continuous improvement
