Must Have
5 to 8 years of experience in an SAP-related IT role, SAP configuration changes, SAP PP/PI Production, SAP MM Purchasing, SAP MM Inventory Management, SAP Production Planning for Process Industries, SAP Resources, SAP Bills of Material, SAP Master Recipe, SAP ATP, SAP MRP, SAP Source Lists, SAP Purchasing Info Records, SAP Pricing, SAP Outline Agreements, SAP Purchase Requisitions, SAP Purchase Orders, SAP Approval Workflow, SAP Material Movements, SAP Physical Inventory, SAP configuration nodes related to materials management, SAP configuration nodes related to production planning, ServiceNow or similar ITIL-based service management tool
Nice to Have
Exposure to S/4HANA and ECC, Experience with NACE output determination, Experience with BRF+, Experience with ALE / IDOC inbound and outbound integration, Experience with modern event-based, SAP API integration, Experience supporting Oil and Gas organizations, Experience supporting Process Industry organizations, Experience supporting Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organizations, Experience with Rev-Trac, Experience with Cloud ALM, Experience with similar tools used to transport changes across system environments

Perform initial evaluation and triage of support tickets

Perform SAP configuration changes
Resolve break/fix issues
Coordinate with technical teams
Validate solutions with business users
