Must Have
BAS degree in Computer Science, 5 to 8 years of experience in an SAP-related IT role, Experience with NACE output determination, Experience with BRF+, Experience with PPF, Experience with ALE / IDOC inbound and outbound integration, Hands-on experience supporting SAP IM, Hands-on experience supporting EWM, Hands-on experience supporting LE, Hands-on experience supporting TM modules, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, knowledge of SAP logistics processes, knowledge of SAP configuration nodes, Experience with Rev-Trac, Experience with Cloud ALM, Experience using ServiceNow, analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work effectively with business users, Ability to work effectively with technical teams, Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, Ability to manage multiple support issues, Ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
Exposure to S/4HANA, Exposure to ECC, Experience with modern event-based SAP API integration, Preferred experience supporting Oil and Gas organizations, Preferred experience supporting Process Industry organizations, Preferred experience supporting Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organizations
