Must Have
Master or equivalent in computer science or management, Proven experience in SAP release management or SAP project/service management with S/4 HANA & ECC6, Solid understanding and mastery of SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and transport management processes, Good experience in managing complex SAP landscapes and coordinating cross-functional teams, Solid experience in managing third-party subcontractor activities, Proficiency in English (oral and written), Good experience in project management and change management methodologies, Good organizational and analytical skills, Good ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, Good adaptability to evolve in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have
Knowledge of on-premise SAP environments and cloud ALM functionalities
What You'll Do.
control and perform all activities related to Service / Product Delivery and Technical Operations
Lead and coordinate delivery management activities for SAP transport orders and releases
Organize and lead Change Authority Boards
Ensure consistency and readiness check of all cutover plans for SAP releases
Establish and maintain an action plan and dedicated framework for ALign project release management requirements
Prepare and disseminate release communications
Confirm release readiness for deployment
Monitor execution of cutover plans and deployment
Manage the SAP landscape
Maintain auditability and documentation of all changes and releases
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with integration technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders; Coordinate with all integrators, IT teams, and concerned stakeholders for release governance; Coordinate cross-functional teams
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills (oral and written); Disseminate release communications
Process & Methodology
Project management methodologies, Change management methodologies, Release planning, Cutover planning
