## Accountabilities Define, maintain, and continuously improve the SAP regression testing strategy across implementation and release cycles Plan, schedule, and manage all regression testing activities throughout the ERP delivery lifecycle Coordinate impact analysis for each release in collaboration with solution architects and project managers Develop and oversee test plans, test scenarios, and execution timelines for regression testing phases Drive test execution reporting across all stages, ensuring clear visibility for stakeholders Evaluate, implement, and manage appropriate testing tools, including automation frameworks where applicable Contribute to the design and implementation of automated regression testing processes and best practices Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and quality standards across all testing activities Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field 7+ years of experience in SAP test management, with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or large-scale ERP projects Strong knowledge of end-to-end ERP testing lifecycle and regression testing methodologies Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or hybrid delivery environments Familiarity with test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca or Worksoft Certify is highly desirable Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across business and technical teams Benefits: Competitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise Opportunity to work on large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs Exposure to advanced test automation tools and modern DevOps practices Continuous learning opportunities and access to SAP certifications and training Collaborative and international working environment Strong focus on innovation, process improvement, and technical
