Must Have
Proven experience managing complex SAP enhancement or optimization projects, Experience in challenging SAP environments, hands-on project management able to step into an ongoing project immediately, Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA environments, Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical teams and business users, stakeholder management and organizational skills, Ability to operate effectively in fast-changing, high-pressure environments, Fluent Polish Proficiency, Fluent English Proficiency
Nice to Have
Experience in SAP database optimization / data volume management, Background in high-volume data environments, SAP Retail experience, Exposure to SAP modules such as FI/CO, SuccessFactors, EWM, RE-FX

Stabilize project delivery
Coordinate with SAP teams
Coordinate with business stakeholders
Coordinate with SAP Architect
Translate SAP technical topics
Lead discussions on data retention
Define need for roles
Ensure project alignment
Drive efficiency improvements
Drive structure improvements
Drive process improvements
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate closely with technical SAP teams; Coordinate closely with business stakeholders; Coordinate closely with the SAP Architect; Bridge technical teams and business users

Excellent communication skills; Translate complex SAP technical topics into clear business impacts and decisions
