Must Have
Proven experience managing complex SAP enhancement or optimization projects, Experience in challenging SAP environments (e. g. high number of Z‑transactions), hands‑on project management able to step into an ongoing project immediately, Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA environments, Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical teams and business users, stakeholder management and organizational skills, Ability to operate effectively in fast‑changing, high‑pressure environments, Fluent Polish Proficiency, Fluent English Proficiency
Nice to Have
Experience in SAP database optimization / data volume management, Background in high‑volume data environments, SAP Retail experience, Exposure to SAP modules such as FI/CO, SuccessFactors, EWM, RE‑FX

Take ownership of an ongoing SAP optimization project and stabilize delivery
Translate complex SAP technical topics into clear business impacts and decisions
Lead discussions around data retention policies and performance vs. accessibility trade‑offs
Identify skill gaps within the team and define the need for additional roles or expertise
Ensure project alignment with daily business operations

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate closely with technical SAP teams, business stakeholders, and the SAP Architect in Poland; bridge technical teams and business users

Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical teams and business users; Translate complex SAP technical topics into clear business impacts and decisions
Process & Methodology
