Must Have
Bachelor's Degree, 7 years of SAP experience, minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP implementations, Excellent understanding of manufacturing operations, production execution, shop-floor processes, Expert in set-up and configuration of PP and manufacturing solutions, cross functional design, build MM and LE moules, Highly skilled in PP master data set-up, cleansing, harmonization, migration, LSMW, Migration Cockpit, Proficient across all project phase, ability to lead sessions, create requirements, develop the right client solution, Advanced ability to create impact analyses, make recommendations, Proven capability to execute to plan, drive solution adoption
Nice to Have
Experience in additional SAP modules, Knowledge of SAP Joule, AI/ML, Big Data concepts, Understanding of LMS, LBN, Ariba, SAP BTP, Familiarity with automation, MES integrations, external manufacturing systems, Experience working across regions, S/4HANA certification, Experience implementing SAP Cloud ERP environments
