We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP Planning and Forecasting Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end manufacturing and quality solutions during a full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project. This critical role involves architecting solutions that integrate seamlessly with manufacturing operations, costing processes, subcontracting scenarios, and integrated business planning. Key job responsibilities * Lead comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops with manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, and planning stakeholders. * Design and architect robust, scalable, and efficient SAP solutions, developing detailed blueprints and strategic roadmaps from design through delivery. * Configure and customize core SAP Planning and Forecasting modules, including Master Data, MRP (Material Requirements Planning). * Ensure seamless integration between SAP PP/QM and other core SAP modules such as MM, SD and FI/CO. * Develop and manage comprehensive data migration strategies for relevant master and transactional data from legacy systems. * Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, configuration guides, and end-user training materials. * Plan and deliver effective end-user training sessions and provide critical post-go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption and rapid issue resolution. * Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, the project management office (PMO), and technical teams, managing project scope, risks, and timelines.
