**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Work with all sites globally (Germany, Ireland, China, Costa Rica & USA) in a timely manner. * Perform Sanction Party List (SPL) screening against relevant country lists. * Perform German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) evaluation to new suppliers. * Manage the global customer creation, update, and deletion process in SAP. * Manage the global supplier creation, update, and deletion process in SAP. * Manage the global employee creation, update, and deletion process in SAP. * Develop and perform monthly Master Data metrics. * Performs customs activities such as country-of-origin qualifications, audits and maintains accurate compliance records. * Classification (HTS assignation) of materials., finished goods, equipment, and tooling. * Develop and maintains company trade data in SAP and/or other systems and tools. * Coordinate with internal teams and brokers to ensure shipments meet regulatory and company requirements. # Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, International Trade, or related field. * Required fluent English (C1) with excellent verbal and written skills at (85%). * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products and familiarity with multiple database applications is preferred. * Strong team member able to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment. * Intermediate working knowledge of SAP. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
