Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a highly skilled SAP FS-PM Techno Functional Lead for a 9-month contract opportunity. This is an exciting chance for you to leverage your techno-functional expertise in the Financial Services sector to drive project success and deliver outstanding results for our clients. ### Key Responsibilities * Lead the design, implementation, and integration of SAP FS-PM solutions tailored to client requirements. * Work across both functional and technical teams to analyze, design, and enhance business processes. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable SAP solutions. * Provide guidance and support during various project phases including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing. * Identify and resolve technical issues during the project lifecycle ensuring timely and quality deliverables. * Lead workshops and training sessions to empower end-users and ensure adoption of implemented solutions. ### **Requirements** ### Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FS-PM implementations. * Strong understanding of insurance and financial services industries. * Proven experience in both functional and technical roles, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. * Knowledge of configuration and customization of SAP FS-PM. * Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. * Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels. **Benefits** ### **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for professional growth and Microsoft certification support. * Collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment. * Flexible working arrangements (Hybrid/Remote depending on role).
