## Accountabilities Lead and oversee the delivery lifecycle of SAP EWM and TMS projects, ensuring alignment with global governance standards and business objectives. Manage multi-project environments, including planning, dependencies, risk tracking (RAID), and release readiness activities. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business, IT, and technical teams to ensure successful solution design and deployment. Drive end-to-end deployment activities, including go-live planning, execution, and post-launch stabilization. Facilitate executive-level alignment sessions and communicate clear roadmap visibility to all stakeholders. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, release governance frameworks, and infrastructure coordination. Requirements: 8–12 years of experience in SAP project delivery, with strong expertise in SAP EWM and/or SAP TMS environments. Solid understanding of end-to-end SAP operations, including technical infrastructure and middleware integration. Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stream SAP transformation or rollout programs. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in matrixed organizations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business language. Strategic mindset combined with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Experience in release management, deployment governance, and SAP lifecycle methodologies is highly valued.
