What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience, Successfully delivered 3 to 4 end-to-end SAP projects, Proven experience in leading teams, mentoring colleagues or taking initiative in process improvement and innovation projects, Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (such as Agile or PMI), Comfortable delivering end-to-end SAP projects, including risk management and change adoption, Experience in following tools: SAP MDG, SNP, Syniti, SAP Migration Cockpit, Track record of driving change, leading workshops and supporting users through transitions to new SAP processes and systems, Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French, Degree in IT (management), informatics, civil or business engineering, mathematics, (applied) economics or business studies
Nice to Have
Relevant SAP certifications (e. g. S/4HANA, SAP Activate) or demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the SAP ecosystem, Enthusiastic about digital transformation, innovation and leveraging new SAP technologies (e. g. , SAP BTP, Fiori, automation, AI)

Defining target operating models by contributing to the definition of future-state data governance and master data management models
Translating business needs into Data migration and management solutions
ensuring alignment with system capabilities and enterprise architecture
Delivering project outcomes focused on data migration

including leading data profiling
transformation and standardization activities to support readiness for SAP S/4HANA implementations
Managing change and adoption by maintaining data integrity and usability
while promoting user adoption through clear communication and reliable migration results
Enabling business agility by proposing fit-for-purpose data strategies quickly and effectively
