Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP data migration projects, Proven expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA data migration tools (e. g. , SAP Data Services, LSMW, LTMC), understanding of various SAP modules (e. g. , FI/CO, SD, MM, PP) and their data structures, Proficiency in SQL and experience with database systems, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities** * Analyze source system data and define data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) strategies for SAP. * Develop and implement data migration programs, scripts, and tools using SAP Data Services, LSMW, or other relevant technologies. * Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify data requirements, map data fields, and resolve data discrepancies. * Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data. * Execute mock data migrations and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. * Document data migration processes, procedures, and technical specifications. * Provide expertise and support during hypercare and post-go-live phases for data-related issues. * Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, communicating progress and potential risks effectively.
