What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years in SAP program delivery, Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA, Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting roles, Proven experience managing SAP cutovers across one or more modules (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SCM, etc.), understanding of SAP technical landscapes, transport management, data migration tools (e. g. , LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit), Experience with project management tools (e. g. , MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet), Experience with S/4HANA implementations or conversions, Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models, Prior experience in large global rollouts or multi-country deployments, Experience of working with global teams and a track record of leading teams of consultant based locally and remotely, Ability to lead teams in complex environments that include multi-vendors, complex client organization structures and geographically distributed teams, Ability to articulate value based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations in order to create a compelling propositions for clients, Ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators (e. g. specific consulting frameworks, etc.), Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations, Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
Nice to Have
SAP or PMP certification preferred, Experience in SNP CrystalBridge solution is a big advantage
