What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 2+ years of experience supporting SAP Customer Service, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have
SAP certification in Customer Service or Sales & Distribution, Additional experience in SAP Sales & Distribution, Experience supporting Quote to Cash processes in a global environment, Exposure to Salesforce CRM and cross-system integrations, Exposure to S/4HANA project

Participate in integration testing with external systems
Identify and recommend process improvements
Develop and maintain functional documentation
and support procedures
Support Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
Participate in sprint planning
and release activities
